We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Key Account Analyst to support our commercial and field operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth execution of pharmacy activities, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners. If you enjoy working with data, documents, and cross-functional teams — this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate sales, secondary sales, and stock reports
• Support product placement and service execution in pharmacy chains
• Prepare service applications, claim templates, and payment protocols
• Calculate pharmacy categories and budgets
• Communicate with field teams and validate service documentation
• Maintain and verify claim reports and service registries
• Validate invoices and credit notes; maintain related registries
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure data accuracy and timely execution

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
• Higher education (preferably in Economics, Business, or related fields)
• Relevant work experience in analytics, sales support, or operations is a plus
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
