Summary:As the Director of Growth & Transformation, you will work on high-impact outcomes for the Coca-Cola System by driving and enabling large-scale, strategic, business-transformative cross-functional initiatives. You will lead and support the realization of Vision 2035, focusing on culture and capability transformation while optimizing the operating model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be pivotal in fostering cohesive collaboration across the organization, ensuring that transformative changes align with our core objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
Transformation
Leading comprehensive business transformation initiatives from strategy through to execution, aligning objectives with overarching business goals.Collaborating with senior leadership to design and implement innovative business models and market entry strategies, while conducting commercial and investment assessments to support informed business decisions.Establishing and maintain a robust Project Management Office (PMO) governance structure, ensuring excellence in execution across all strategic programs.Partnering with finance, engage in scenario planning and risk assessments to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, develop contingency plans to prepare the OU for various outcomes.Identify and assess opportunities for growth through innovation, partnerships, or acquisitions ensuring future competitive advantageVision 2035

10-15 years of experience across business facing roles or consultancy in Strategy, Marketing, Business Planning, People & Culture, C&CL, and/or Finance.Preferred experience in management consultancy leading large scale transformational projects and planningGeneralist with the ability to adjust, learn, and connect toward the delivery of high-stake transformation-oriented initiatives.Travel
