Analytics Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Conducting Market Research:
Analyzing the pharmaceutical product market based on IQVIA, IPSOS, PROXIMA data.
Collecting and analyzing data on competitors, consumers, and market trends.
Preparing reports and presentations based on research results.
Business Process Analysis:
Evaluating current business processes of the company.
Developing proposals for their optimization and improvement.
Implementing changes and monitoring their effectiveness.
Data Management:
Collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data.
Using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel,Power Query, Power BI (DAX), SQL, Snowflake).
Preparing analytical reports and recommendations for management.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Cooperating with marketing, finance, and Sales departments.
Participating in the development of company strategies and growth plans.
Conducting presentations and training for employees.
Candidate Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Higher education in business analysis, economics, marketing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or market research, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Professional Skills:
Knowledge of market research methods and tools.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and analytical tools.
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
Personal Qualities:
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to self-organize and manage time effectively.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2.
Knowledge of the specifics of the pharmaceutical market in Eurasia cluster (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan) is an advantage.
