Job Title: eCommerce Manager (Marketplaces)
Location: Kazakhstan
Department: Business Excellence & Growth
Role Purpose:
To accelerate STADA’s digital sales across Kazakhstan and Eurasian marketplaces by optimizing digital shelf execution, ensuring full SKU presence, and scaling promotional efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Guarantee 100% SKU availability and accuracy across platforms such as Kaspi Optimize product listings, images, keywords, and digital shelf visibility to boost ranking and conversion Develop and implement a cross-country marketplace strategy, tailored to Kazakhstan’s leadership role in the region Plan and execute promotional campaigns, track ROI, and adjust tactics based on performance analytics Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, commercial and sales teams to ensure campaign readiness Serve as the marketplace subject matter expert for Kazakhstan, mentoring peers in neighboring countriesSkills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or eCommerce At least 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, especially within marketplaces Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan’s eCommerce landscape and leading platforms (especially Kaspi) Experience with PIM, DAM systems, or digital shelf analytics tools is a plus Data-driven, capable of managing product feeds, campaign dashboards, and ROI reports Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate cross-functionally Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of Kazakh is a strong advantageIf you’re ready to grow, to innovate, and to work alongside people who inspire - welcome to STADA Eurasia.
