This role involves overseeing the technical personnel, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing operational strategies to maximize plant performance and minimize downtime. O&M activities are internalized, and TTE is the O&M operator. Activités REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEEngineer, 2 years of professional experience in the field of renewable energy or 3 years of experience in HV power plants in a similar position.Electrical safety certification – category 5.Experience in managing people.Technical knowledge of operating a photovoltaic installation. Extensive experience in working with Excel,data processing and maintenance procedures. Good skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis.Critical mind. Attentive.Motivated. Works in a team with representatives of different profiles and cultures.Speaks and writes Russian and English perfectly. Kazakh is an advantage.Technical knowledge of operating a photovoltaic installation and HV power plantsDriver's license category B minimum.
