Key purpose
Establish and drive close relation and connectivity to fleets by providing them complete product range awareness and technical advice to grow profitable sales in the region.
Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables
Develop and implement strategy for fleet proximity (communication, service, expertise)
Build and maintain close relations ship to fleet owners
Convincing fleets to choose ZF products and systems for new vehicles (mainly trailers and buses)
Advertise and promote ZF solutions for fleets
Prepare and provide technical trainings for fleets
Prepare complete offer for fleets including product selection, best configuration, selected distributor offers and workshop assembly service
Acts as Key Account for biggest fleets
Aftersales vehicle upgrade (retrofit solution)
Prepare market research (trends, competition benchmark, gaps in portfolio)
KPIs: Customer Proximity, Network development YoY, Sales, GGM% Trainings.
Required skills and experience / main competencies
Entrepreneurial thinking, able to work within matrix
Midterm (5-10 yrs +) Experience OES/IAM/Service sales processes & business
High technical knowledge for products, parts and service process
Strong drive for results while developing competences and team’s empowerment within Aftermarket Organization
Fluent English
Excellent level of computer literacy
