KPMG is seeking a dedicated Intern to join our Infrastructure team in Almaty, Astana or Tashkent. As an Intern in the Infrastructure team, you will:
Collaborate on High-Impact Projects: Partner with industry experts to deliver thorough assessments and solutions for transformative infrastructure projects.
Analyze Financial Performance: Dive deep into financial statements and operational data to assess value drivers and provide actionable insights for clients.
Drive Strategic Decisions with Market Research: Conduct and interpret market studies to guide clients' decisions.
Develop Financial Models: Construct and present financial models that support valuation conclusions and strategic recommendations.
Prepare Client Deliverables: Create reports, proposals, contracts, and other project-related documentation, ensuring clarity and professionalism in presentation.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
Hold a degree from a leading university in Kazakhstan or internationally.
Have a solid understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, and market comparison analysis.
Possess experience in audit, transaction support, or corporate finance (an advantage).
Are pursuing or have obtained CFA or ACCA certification (a plus).
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including numeracy, data structuring, and advanced research abilities.
Exhibit excellent writing and presentation skills for effective communication.
Are a fast learner, team player, and possess strong communication skills.
Can prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Approach problems with creativity and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic environment.
Have fluent English skills (both written and spoken) for communication with clients and colleagues.
