AIFC Authority is looking for a motivated and strategic Manager of Innovation Hub Platform to support the planning, development, and operational execution of various projects. This position requires a strong foundation in data management, financial technology, business development, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful platform implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of innovation projects, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Facilitate onboarding for data providers, consumers, and strategic partners.

• Collaborate with product teams to enhance platform features and functionality.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with government agencies, enterprises, and international institutions.

• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to foster innovation.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in finance or IT industries.

• Background in project management or fintech is a plus.

• Understanding of data management principles and platform development.

Languages:

• English (Fluent)

• Russian (Fluent)

• Kazakh (Fluent)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).

• Experience with data management tools is a plus.

Key competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
