Job Description
The Manager following work duties:
- consulting all interested stakeholders on the rules for participation in contest for studying at School;
- receiving, processing documents of prospective students;
- forming the lists of candidates for subject exams and programs;
- preparation of applications on the organization of premises for the competition rounds, informing applicants about the date and place of subject entrance examinations;
- developing and maintaining databases of prospective students;
- maintaining documentation of candidates selection and admission process;
- conducting competitive selection;
- interviewing candidates for all degree programs;
- keeping records of admission process;
- achieving agreement with partners on candidates admission;
- preparing files on prospective students and secretary works for the Admissions committees for degree programs;
- assisting in evaluation of candidates and creating a ranking list for degree programs;
- preparing list of candidates for scholarship distribution;
- enrolling students and providing students admission;
- developing strategies for effective recruitment for degree programs of the School, identifying priority regions for recruitment and proceeding work in them;
- participating in recruiting activities of the School;
- increasing awareness of School’s degree programs on local and international levels;
- developing network of clients and organizations for possible recruitment assistance and collaboration;
Qualifications
Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;
A master's degree is preferred.

Bachelor /Specialist. Three years min. Minimum one year with master`s degree in the relevant area.

- Knowledge of educational legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- knowledge of education system in the field of business administration in Kazakhstan and abroad;
- knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint;
- fluent in English, Kazakh, Russian
