Job Description: We are seeking a talented part-time UI/UX Designer (20 hrs of work per week) to join our team and help us create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding our users' needs and translating them into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability findings.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Kazakh and English Languages (international team)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and responsive web design.
