Role Responsibilities

• Support supplier selection, onboarding, development, supplier management
• Execute the buying process for a given set of goods and services in the region
• Manage day-to-day operational relations with stakeholders & suppliers
• Collaborate with finance and Helpdesk to resolve AP issues, paperwork
• Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets
• Comprehensive in-depth understanding of purchasing and sourcing concepts and principles in the own part of the function
• Execute commodity strategy on supply base management & savings aligned with sourcing and business goals under coordination and guidance of commodity manager
• Manage RFP/RFQ process on stakeholder requests
• Maintain cost-out project pipeline and drive execution to meet the deliverables
• This role will require working directly with business P&Ls, functions, regions and internal stakeholders to implement the strategy and deliver on the cost out commitments to the organization

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Program Management, or Finance Operations
• Fluent English and Russian
