Описание

Обязанности:
  • Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию роста органических установок мобильного приложения в App Store и Google Play.
  • Повышать видимость приложения в поисковой выдаче за счет работы с семантикой, метаданными, локализацией и оптимизации карточек приложения.
  • Планировать, проводить и анализировать A/B-тесты (иконки, скриншоты, описания и другие элементы карточки приложения).
  • Настраивать, поддерживать и контролировать корректность мобильной аналитики и трекинга событий.
  • Настраивать и сопровождать атрибуцию через AppsFlyer, контролировать качество и полноту передаваемых данных.
  • Анализировать ключевые продуктовые и growth-метрики (Organic Installs, Conversion Rate, Retention, Search Visibility, Keyword Rankings и др.) и формировать рекомендации по их улучшению.
  • Проводить анализ конкурентов, рынка и изменений алгоритмов App Store и Google Play.
  • Генерировать, приоритизировать и проверять гипотезы, направленные на рост органического трафика и улучшение эффективности мобильного продукта.
  • Подготавливать регулярную аналитику и отчеты по результатам ASO и growth-инициатив.
  • Документировать процессы, настройки и лучшие практики для последующей передачи внутренней команде.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в ASO, Mobile Growth или Mobile Marketing от 6 лет.
  • Практический опыт продвижения мобильных приложений в App Store и Google Play.
  • Отличное понимание принципов ранжирования и факторов, влияющих на поисковую выдачу и конверсию в App Store и Google Play.
  • Практический опыт работы с AppsFlyer или аналогичными платформами мобильной атрибуции (Adjust, Branch, Singular и др.).
  • Опыт настройки мобильной аналитики, трекинга событий и понимание принципов атрибуции.
  • Уверенное владение ASO-инструментами (ASOdesk, AppFollow, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, data.ai или аналогичными).
  • Опыт проведения A/B-тестов и анализа их результатов.
  • Сильные аналитические навыки и умение принимать решения на основе данных.
  • Опыт работы с мобильными приложениями на платформах iOS и Android.
  • Опыт работы с финтех- или банковскими продуктами будет преимуществом.
