Amazon PPC & Google Ads Specialist

Salary: Starting from $1,500/month (depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC & Google Ads Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing Amazon FBA Private Label brands, optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, and creating high-performing Google Ads campaigns that drive profitable growth.
Please note: This position requires working during the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.
Amazon PPC
Create, manage, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Monitor and improve campaign performance, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor research.
Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budgets.
Launch PPC campaigns for new product launches.
Analyze advertising performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Google Ads
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing).
Perform keyword research and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Marketplace Support
Optimize Amazon product listings to improve organic ranking and conversion.
Support new product launches with advertising strategies.
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support when advertising-related issues arise.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to improve campaign performance.
Monitor product sales and advertising profitability.
At least 1 year of Amazon FBA Private Label PPC experience.
Strong experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
Ability to analyze reports and optimize campaigns based on data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar Amazon tools.
Google Ads Certification.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience working with multiple Amazon marketplaces.
Knowledge of external traffic strategies for Amazon.
