What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Expert to design, build, and optimize an end-to-end (E2E)
supply chain that supports scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable operations. This role will lead the
development of logistics strategies, transportation networks, warehousing operations, inventory flows, and distribution processes from suppliers through to end customers.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with procurement, operations, sales, finance, IT, and external logistics partners to establish best-in-class supply chain capabilities that improve service levels while reducing operational costs.
What will be your key responsibilities
Supply Chain Design
- Design and implement an end-to-end supply chain covering inbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and reverse logistics.
- Develop the logistics operating model aligned with business growth objectives.
- Create scalable supply chain processes, governance, and operating procedures.
Logistics Network Development
- Design transportation and distribution networks.
- Identify optimal warehouse locations and inventory positioning.
- Develop carrier selection and freight management strategies.
- Optimize domestic and international logistics operations.
- Establish contingency plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
Warehouse & Distribution
- Design warehouse layouts and operational processes.
- Define receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.
- Develop warehouse productivity standards and KPIs.
- Implement inventory control methodologies and cycle counting procedures.
Transportation Management
- Establish transportation planning and routing processes.
- Set up ways of working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Negotiate logistics contracts and service-level agreement.
Systems & Digitalization
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Develop logistics dashboards and reporting tools.
- Improve supply chain visibility through data analytics.
- Ensure accurate master data related to logistics operations.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
- Develop business continuity and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain.
- Experience with warehousing, transportation, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Project management experience.
- English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
