Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years experience in construction projects
• Experience in office-based engineering support roles
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Construction methods (concrete, excavation, foundations)
• Ability to:
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs
  • Manage technical documentation efficiently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong coordination and communication skills

• AutoCAD – for drawing review and quantity extraction
• Microsoft Excel – for tracking logs and reports
• Navisworks – for model review and clash checking
