Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the Ambassador and high-ranking officials, ensuring they reach their destinations in a timely and professional manner. This role demands high standards of driving skills, a polished and respectful demeanor, and an attention to detail in both personal presentation and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving and Safety
- Provide courteous, safe, and efficient transportation for the Ambassador and authorized personnel.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to all road and traffic regulations, with special emphasis on defensive driving.
- Ensure that routes are well planned in advance, taking traffic and potential delays into account to maintain punctuality.

2. Professionalism and Representation
- Act as a representative of the Embassy’s image with a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor.
- Exhibit a high standard of personal presentation, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Communicate effectively and courteously in English with Embassy personnel and other stakeholders as required.

3. Vehicle Maintenance and Care
- Perform regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition, including checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior, to uphold the Embassy’s standards.
- Schedule routine maintenance and service appointments as needed, ensuring the vehicle’s reliability and longevity.

4. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle all duties with discretion, protecting the privacy and security of the Ambassador and other passengers.
- Maintain confidentiality concerning any discussions or activities observed during transportation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Driving Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in professional driving, with a clean driving record and comprehensive knowledge of local road networks.
- English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Attitude and Demeanor: Polite, respectful, and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent service and representing the Embassy’s values.
- Vehicle Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with diplomatic or high-level clients.
