Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the GES Group within T&L Department at the Almaty office.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll calculation for local and expatriate employees in compliance with tax legislation and labor regulations.
• Preparation and submission of tax reporting forms.
• Administration of social payments, vacation pay, compensations, and bonuses.
• Working with online banking systems (preparation and processing of payments).
• Conducting tax reviews and ensuring accuracy of payroll calculations.
• Liaising with government authorities and auditors regarding payroll and taxation matters.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics. Tax-specific education and/or study at a foreign university would be considered a plus. Professional qualification and accreditations (ACCA, CPA, CFA, ADIT, ACA or similar) preferred
• Three-four years of accounting experience (out of which at least 1.5 years experience in payroll for 25+ employees)
• Expertise with 1C (ZUP), Taxman, Sono, Taxpayer’s cabinet
• Solid experience in application of local accounting standards related to payroll accrual, Kazakhstani legislation on personal taxation and labor matters
• Ability to work with big data with efficient excel formulas, being attentive to details and figures
• Fluent spoken and written Russian and English
