The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for non-driver positions in the Kazakhstan market, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring to support GSM Global’s business and operational objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment Execution
Manage the full recruitment process for assigned vacancies, including:
Sourcing
Screening
Interview coordination
Candidate assessment
Offer preparation
Onboarding support
Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and hiring targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
B. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, and networking activities.
Proactively identify and approach potential candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
Build and maintain talent pools for key functions and recurring hiring demands.
C. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Coordinate closely with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and hiring expectations.
Provide regular recruitment updates and candidate market insights to stakeholders.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
D. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
Support recruitment tracking and reporting including:
Number of hires
Time-to-hire
Offer acceptance rate
Recruitment pipeline status
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures and local labor regulations.
E. Employer Branding & Recruitment Initiatives
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns in the Kazakhstan market.
Participate in job fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment events when required.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate engagement.
3. Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in fast-paced or international working environments is preferred.
Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, or support functions is an advantage.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong sourcing and recruitment coordination skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Familiar with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and LinkedIn sourcing.
Detail-oriented with good reporting and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Russian and/or Kazakh is a strong advantage.
