IT-холдинг Globerce Capital — это команда молодых и амбициозных профессионалов. Мы проводим полный цикл разработки продукта (fintech, e-commerce, telecom), включая консалтинг, проектирование, внедрение и поддержку комплексных IT-решений для бизнеса.

Мы ищем Продуктового Дизайнера для разработки пользовательских интерфейсов и улучшения опыта пользователей на наших веб-сайтах и мобильных приложениях. Вы будете работать над созданием привлекательных и понятных интерфейсов, соответствующих последним тенденциям и стандартам дизайна.

Какие задачи ожидают:

  • Разработка пользовательских сценариев
  • Создание и улучшение веб и мобильных интерфейсов
  • Работа над UX на основе обратной связи
  • Создавать макеты и прототипы
  • Проводить количественные и качественные ux-исследования
  • Анализировать пользовательские сценарии и улучшать UX на основе собранной аналитики и обратной связи
  • Подготавливать макеты для разработчиков
  • Взаимодействовать с разработчиками, следить за качеством реализации своих решений и отвечать на возникающие у них вопросы в процессе разработки
  • Оптимизация существующих интерфейсов с целью повышения удобства использования и вовлеченности пользователей

Что требуется от кандидата:

  • Более 3+ лет опыта UI/UX дизайна
  • Опыт UX-исследований
  • Уверенное владение Figma.
  • Базовые навыки проведения UX-исследований (опросы, тестирование).
  • Знание принципов работы с дизайн-системами
  • Опыт работы в продуктовой команде над десктопными и мобильными интерфейсами
  • Понимание принципов пользовательского опыта и умение анализировать его
  • Базовое понимание html/css

Будет плюсом:

  • Навыки в графическом дизайне
