Описание

Metso - лидер в области экологически чистых технологий, комплексных решений и услуг для предприятий по переработке полезных ископаемых, агрегатам, переработке металлов и переработке отходов во всем мире приглашает специалиста на вакансию Regional Finance Controller.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Подготовка ежемесячной управленческой отчетности в части заказов, выручки и себестоимости: сбор данных, проверка корректности, анализ ключевых отклонений. Загрузка данных в систему корпоративной отчетности.
  • Участие в проверке достоверности данных, взаимодействие с бухгалтерией и смежными отделами для устранения расхождений.
  • Работа с ERP/учетными системами (1C, SAP), участие в настройке и улучшении отчетных процессов.
  • Подготовка аналитических данных в Excel/Power BI.
  • Проведение регулярной выверки бэклога заказов компании.
  • Участие в подготовке бюджета и регулярных прогнозов: обновление расчетных моделей, анализ изменений.
  • Контроль исполнения бюджета, сравнение факт/план/прогноз, подготовка комментариев.

Наши ожидания:

  • Английский язык – не ниже Intermediate.
  • Высшее образование: финансы, экономика, бухгалтерский учет.
  • Опыт работы не менее 3 лет в контроллинге, финансовой аналитике или управленческом учёте.
  • Уверенные навыки финансового анализа: P&L, маржинальность, OPEX/CAPEX, анализ отклонений, работа с бюджетом и прогнозами.
  • Продвинутый Excel: сводные таблицы, формулы, базовый/средний уровень работы с моделями.
  • Владение BI‑инструментами (желательно Power BI): построение отчетов, визуализация данных.
  • Опыт работы с ERP‑системами (1C, SAP): выгрузка данных, базовые операции, понимание структуры учетных модулей.
  • Понимание принципов управленческого учёта, сверки факт/план/прогноз.
