Functional Responsibilities:

• Preparing and issuing necessary certificates and transcripts for students;

• Receiving and processing online applications;

• Resetting portal passwords and reissuing student ID cards;

• Managing document workflow and working with information systems (BPM, PMS, SIS, SR);

• Responding to inquiries received via phone and email;

• Receiving applicants’ documents from the Admission Committee;

• Providing suggestions for improving the service process.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree);

• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (at least Intermediate level);

• Minimum 1 year of work experience;

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and information systems;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Organizational and interpersonal skills;

• Stress resistance, responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Conditions:
