Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control construction works on site
  • Manage contractors and subcontractors
  • Monitor quality of materials and work
  • Maintain reports and documentation for the site
  • Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes
  • Other tasks assigned by management
  • Requirements:
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  • Higher education
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office
