Lead Post-Award Contracts Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our project team. This role is responsible for managing all post-award contractual activities, ensuring compliance, and protecting the Company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration of EPC, FEED, engineering, and construction contracts
• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and records
• Oversee change management processes (variations, claims, EOT)
• Provide contractual advice and identify risks/opportunities
• Support negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and variations
• Coordinate with project, legal, and commercial teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in post-award contract administration (oil & gas / infrastructure projects)
• Strong experience with EPC/FEED contracts
• Proven expertise in change management and claims
• Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
• Engineering background or prior engineering experience is an advantage
