Higher (technical) education Work experience in the respective position no less than 5 years Proficient user of relevant software and calculation templates Professional level of ability in the application of standards, processes, and procedures and how they are used in work execution Professional level of knowledge of applicable codes and standards Technically competent in own discipline, pursues continuous professional development of skills and knowledge according to standards  Maintains own knowledge of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promotes to direct reports Applies professional knowledge and experience to assignments where issues and factors to be considered may be characterized by unusual demands and require additional evaluation to establish the nature and scope of the problem Demonstrated ability to apply advanced laws, principles, mathematics or industry knowledge in the improvement and development of designs
