Business Development Manager in global company specializing in energetic materials
Main responsibilities of this role include:
1. Identify potential opportunities to add value through commercial transactions.
2. Conducting market search, analyzing competitors, identifying targets and growing company position in the market.
3. Developing new contract opportunities and pipeline.
4. Develop value proposal based on the new capabilities.
5. Develop Business financials for each commercial opportunity, evaluating and assessing over its viability.
6. Identify upselling opportunities with existing big mining clients.
Required capabilities for this role include:
1. University Engineering Degree. Mining Engineering preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years experience in business development and sales management.
3. Experience in Mining Sector
4. Kazakhstan (Central Asia) Mining sector oriented
5. Eastern Western mentality understanding
6. Working for Companies within Drill and Blast sector
7. International experience with periods living abroad working on European Company standars.
8. Fluent in Kazakh language is a desirable.
9. Fluent in Russian and English languages.
10. Position located in Karaganda.
