Your day-to-day:

• Organizing and managing projects in full scope to ensure their effective execution in order to achieve production goals in accordance with Company standards, requirements, and legislation.
• Together with PMI specialists, organizing and coordinating the preparation of technical projects/drawings, developing the most efficient options/solutions that ensure optimal, cost‑effective, and reliable project execution.
• Preparing all necessary documentation and feasibility studies for project initiation.
• Managing projects in accordance with the I&IM methodology (IWS, OPEN+, Continuous Improvement) and general project management standards (PMBOK, etc.), ensuring adherence to stages, gates, documentation requirements, and change management procedures.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling project implementation, ensuring full coverage of safety, environmental protection, and legal compliance throughout all project stages.
• Coordinating the work and distributing responsibilities among involved PMI specialists and local/foreign suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Support the end‑to‑end procurement and delivery process, including bidding and contracting, and participate in the acceptance of completed works with contractors and internal stakeholders, preparing acceptance certificates and payment‑supporting documentation.
• Monitoring projects and regularly informing management about the status of current projects.
• Performing financial control of projects: budget, actual expenses, cash-flow forecasts, and variances, with regular reporting.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher technical education (construction, electrical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, oil & gas, etc.).
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in production or construction.
• Excellent skills in Excel and AutoCAD.
• English proficiency level – B2 or higher.
• Knowledge of IWS, OPEN+ lean manufacturing principles.
