Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, service agreements, and amendments
• Prepare and coordinate tender documentation and full bidding process
• Monitor contract performance (cost & schedule control, reporting)
• Lead contract negotiations and develop negotiation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation
• Manage contractor/supplier relationships and contractual documentation
• Support value creation initiatives and cost optimization
• Handle claims mitigation and backcharging processes
Requirements:
• Higher education (Business, Finance, Technical or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and contract management skills
• Experience with contracting tools (SMART or equivalent)
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-Intermediate)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
