Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing talent pools and developing improvement recommendations
Supporting implementation of nationalization and staff development programs
Monitoring career development plans and advising managers
Preparing analytical reports, presentations, and audit data
Participating in HR process improvement projects
Interacting with department managers to identify development needs
Requirements
Master’s degree in HRM; CIPD/SHRM certifications preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Advanced Kazakh, Russian, and English
Advanced MS Office skills; experience with HCM systems preferred
Knowledge of RoK Labor Law, talent management, staff assessment, and career development standards
