We are seeking a caring and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our Seedlings classroom, supporting children ages 3–4. The Seedlings level nurtures emerging skills through nature exploration, creative play, storytelling, and Waldorf-inspired daily rhythms in a warm, sensory-rich environment.

Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you will help facilitate daily routines, support individual children during activities and transitions, assist with art and nature projects, and contribute to maintaining a calm, organized classroom. • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (in progress accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 2–5 in a school or childcare setting
• English communication skills sufficient for daily classroom use
• Patience, warmth, and genuine enjoyment of working with young children
• Ability to follow the Lead Teacher’s guidance and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new educational approaches and grow professionally

• Familiarity with Waldorf, Montessori, or play-based learning philosophies
• Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs
• Kazakh and/or Russian language skills
• First aid or child safety certification
