IT-холдинг Globerce Capital – это команда молодых и амбициозных профессионалов. Мы проводим полный цикл разработки продукта (fintech, e-commerce, telecom), включая консалтинг, проектирование, внедрение и поддержку комплексных IT-решений для бизнеса.

Мы в поиске Lead Product Designer в продуктовую команду Freedom Business.

По задачам:

  • Внедрение и развитие UX/UI-подхода в продукте
  • Проведение UX-аналитики, формирование и проверка гипотез
  • Определение Jobs To Be Done, пользовательских сценариев
  • Построение Customer Journey Map (CJM)
  • Проектирование пользовательских интерфейсов (web / mobile)
  • Прототипирование, юзабилити-тестирование, сбор инсайтов
  • Определение и работа с метриками продукта и фич
  • Анализ рынка и конкурентов
  • Участие в разработке MVP
  • Работа в тесной связке с разработчиками и продуктовой командой

Hard Skills:

  • Коммерческий опыт работы лидом продуктовых дизайнеров
  • Наличие портфолио с реальными кейсами
  • Сильная экспертиза в UI и UX
  • Опыт работы с инструментами: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Miro
  • Понимание принципов UX-исследований и продуктового дизайна
  • Опыт работы с банковскими / финтех-продуктами будет преимуществом
  • Умение работать в команде с разработчиками
