EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst who will work closely with Sales, CRM, and Call Center teams to improve commercial performance and support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and is able to transform ambiguous business questions into actionable insights through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and analytical reports to evaluate the performance of commercial teams, including Sales, CRM, and Contact Center functions.
• Analyze commercial funnels, unit economics, retention, upsell, and cross-sell processes to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Translate high-level business questions into well-structured analytical tasks, metrics, and hypotheses.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to track deviations in key commercial metrics and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and deliver accurate insights within tight timelines.
• Contribute to improving data models and defining analytical requirements for ETL processes in collaboration with data engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in analytics, with a strong preference for commercial, sales, business, or CRM analytics backgrounds.
• Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Ability to structure complex analytical logic into clear steps, formulas, and visualizations.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, data processing, or lightweight modeling tasks.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
• Experience designing, running, or evaluating A/B tests.
• Strong interest in systematization and improving data quality, consistency, and usability.
• Experience working with ETL processes and analytical data pipelines.
