Всем привет! Я Мирас, фаундер агентства Persona.
Мы — B2B-аутбаунд агентство. Помогаем Digital и IT-компаниям выходить на крупных клиентов (ЛПР) в СНГ и за рубежом.
В каждом проекте у нас глубокий ресерч, поиск контактов и точечная деловая переписка.

Ищу человека в команду (Астана), который хочет освоить профессию BizDev с нуля. Это не подработка, а полноценный старт карьеры.

Обязанности:

  • Глубокий ресерч: Исследовать рынок, компании и продукты. Искать контакты директоров и ЛПР, которых "нет в интернете" (всему научу).

  • Работа с данными: Вносить информацию в CRM и вести базу контактов.

  • Аутрич (Переписка): Вести деловую переписку в LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram (без спама, персонализировано).

  • Главная цель: Назначить качественную встречу с клиентом. Продавать ничего не нужно.

Требования:

  • Локация: работаем удаленно, но раз в неделю собираемся командой в городе для синхронизации.

  • Занятость: Строго Full-time (5/2, с 10:00 до 19:00). Совмещать с другой работой не получится.

  • Техническое оснащение: Обязательно наличие собственного ноутбука, быстрого интернета и тихого рабочего места.

  • Soft Skills: Грамотная письменная речь, усидчивость (работа монотонная, требует внимания), здоровое любопытство и желание разбираться в IT, Digital-сфере.

Условия:

  • Обучение: Вы получите доступ ко всем инструментам ресерча, скриптам и базе знаний. Освоите профессию BizDev на практике.

  • Формат: Удаленная работа, гибкость, но с соблюдением дедлайнов.

  • Оплата (Pay per Result):

    • 1-й месяц (Стажировка): Оклада нет. Оплата сдельная — $40 (≈20 000 тг) за каждую назначенную встречу. (Средний заработок новичка: 150 000 – 300 000 тг).

    • 2-й месяц (Штат): Повышение ставки за лид ($50-60) + возможность обсуждения фикса.

  • Перспективы: Рост до Senior BizDev, работа с зарубежными рынками.
