Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements with customers;

Manage the vehicle fleet, including hiring, training, and supervising drivers;

Plan routes, schedules, and dispatch trucks efficiently;

Oversee and manage administrative activities of the company/branch.

Technical and commercial understanding of national road transportation and trucking within the Customs Union;

Proven ability to manage, instruct, and motivate drivers;

Strong skills in attracting new external customers and maintaining internal customers;

Ability to calculate trips, costs, and operating expenses;

Intermediate level of English, advanced level of Kazakh
