We’re looking for a specialist to test our product, including the mobile and web applications, as well as APIs and backend services.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Python .

Build new features and microservices for the exchange’s core product, including: Trading terminals User management systems Integrations with neobanks, blockchain networks, and external services Optimize performance and stability of exchange-related services.

Participate in architectural discussions, planning, and decision-making.

Write, debug, test, and optimize high-quality backend code.

Ensure high availability, resiliency, and security of backend systems.

  Requirements 3+ years of production experience in backend development with Python .

Strong experience with Django and microservice architecture.

Experience working with distributed task queues .

Solid understanding of DevOps principles and willingness to influence infrastructure.

Experience with high-load, distributed systems .

Ability to work with complex business logic with limited or incomplete documentation.

Experience with payments, security, and fintech systems is a strong plus.

Experience with AWS and Kafka is a plus.
