Billing Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Perform billing functions – timely and accurate issuance of Acts of Completed Work (ACW) and invoices on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for customs and courier services.
• Daily issuance of invoices for reimbursement of customs payments, monitoring bank statements, and reconciliation with customs declaration data.
• Daily accurate posting of bank statements into the local 1C system.
• Monitor deadlines for issuing electronic invoices (e-invoices) in accordance with tax legislation.
• Upload electronic ACWs to the government procurement portal and invoices to the Electronic Invoice Information System (E-Invoice IS) within the deadlines set by tax regulations.
• Regular reconciliation and signing of reconciliation statements with clients (quarterly, semi-annually) and upon request.
• Prepare documents and participate in audit processes, as well as provide documents and information for the annual report.
• Execute tasks assigned by company management.
• Process incoming client requests.
• Control data export and reconciliation of revenue from 1C to SAP (monthly).
• Inventory of accounting accounts, breakdown of account balances, and monthly monitoring of accounts receivable.
