Responsibilities:
Lead project claims and change management activities, including strategy development and implementation.
Identify, prepare, submit, and manage claims related to scope changes, delays, variations, and differing site conditions.
Analyze EPC, FEED, engineering, and construction contracts to assess entitlement, risks, and recovery opportunities.
Provide contractual advice and impact assessments on cost and schedule to project and construction teams.
Lead and support negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution related to claims and variations.
Proactively manage claim risks, support dispute avoidance, and promote best practices in contract compliance and documentation.
Report claim status, exposures, and recovery forecasts, coordinating with legal and project stakeholders.
