Описание

Требования:

  • Опыт работы на соответствующей позиции не менее 3 лет;
  • Опыт работы в ведении нескольких компаний по начислению заработных плат (бухгалтерия на аутсорсинге);
  • Высшее образование в соответствующей сфере;
  • Знание стандартов бухгалтерского учета;
  • Знание налогового кодекса и законодательства РК;
  • Опыт работы с 1С Бухгалтерия версии 7.7 и 8.1 и другими программами;
  • Навыки работы на ПК: MS Office (Word, Excel- опытный пользователь),
  • Знание языков: английский язык - intermediate;
  • Коммуникабельность, умение работать в коллективе.

Основные должностные обязанности и функции:

  • Расчет заработной платы персонала
  • Проверка наличия первичной документации (приказы на принятие, увольнение, справки, больничные листы, отпуск, приказы, обходной лист и т.д.); табель рабочего времени;
  • Начисление заработной платы в программе 1С, расчет и начисление всех видов начислений и удержаний, включая расчет налогов;
  • Подготовка расчетных ведомостей и расчетных листков по заработной плате работников;
  • Проводки по заработной плате в главной книге, сверка данных между модулями;
  • Подготовка реестров по пенсионным и социальным отчислениям, включая бумажные, электронные формы и дискеты для банка;
  • Подготовка справок по заявкам работников.
  • Подготовка ежеквартальных расчетов и деклараций по подоходному налогу и социальному налогу, по отчислениям в ПФ и ФСС;
  • Подготовка статистической отчетности.
