As an Senior Operations Associate, Delta Careers, you are a core owner of program delivery and experience quality. You ensure that complex, multi-stakeholder programs run smoothly and feel seamless to students, mentors, and partners.
This is not a back-office role. You will sit at the center of program execution, working closely with mentors, program coordinators, internal teams, and external partners to deliver consistently high-quality experiences at scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own the operational execution of Delta Careers programs from start to finish.
Translate program goals into clear timelines, workflows, and day-to-day execution plans.
Ensure programs are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard—even when conditions change.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for mentors, program coordinators, and internal stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with mentors and partners through clear communication and reliability.
Support program coordinators with guidance, alignment, and escalation handling when needed.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or gaps before they escalate.
Exercise sound judgment in fast-moving situations to protect student experience and program quality.
Handle escalations calmly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Capture feedback, insights, and learnings from each program cycle.
Contribute to improving systems, templates, and processes so programs become more efficient and scalable over time.
Share program highlights, testimonials, and insights with internal teams to support broader impact.
Experience in program operations, project management, education, or coordination-heavy roles.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts at once.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or distributed environment.

Strong problem-solving instincts and comfort with ambiguity.
