Responsibilities:

• Ensure Accuracy of Revenue Streams:
  • Review and verify daily income reports from all food and beverage outlets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Reconcile cash register receipts, point-of-sale (POS) data, and guest charges with supporting documentation.
  • Investigate discrepancies and identify potential errors or areas for improvement.
• Safeguard Financial Assets:
  • Monitor adherence to internal controls and procedures for revenue collection and handling.
  • Analyze trends in food and beverage revenue to identify potential theft or fraud.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to minimize revenue loss.
• Maintain Strong Relationships:
  • Collaborate with food and beverage managers to ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with accounting and other departments regarding income verification.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports on income audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems a plus.
