Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Department Director, develop and continuously improve the Airworthiness Compliance Monitoring Program to ensure conformity with the civil aviation regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the company’s internal requirements, and international IATA (IOSA) and ICAO standards.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to airworthiness compliance control and aircraft maintenance programs, ensuring ongoing compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer standards.

• Incorporate human factors principles in the development, implementation, and auditing of airworthiness procedures and processes.

• Develop and execute the annual audit plan for internal and external audits related to airworthiness, to verify compliance with established standards.

• Maintain professional qualification through regular and additional training as required.

• Ensure implementation of IOSA requirements and relevant national and international regulatory standards in airworthiness compliance control.

• Conduct internal audits to prepare for IOSA audits in the field of airworthiness.

• Provide regular reports to the Department Director on airworthiness compliance status.

• Coordinate with operational department heads to ensure effective execution of airworthiness processes and procedures.

• Manage the non-conformity reporting process, ensure timely notification, information dissemination to responsible personnel, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

• Assess the impact of findings from oversight inspections, external audits, and IOSA audits on the company’s operations, and take necessary actions to minimize risks.

• Maintain the airworthiness compliance database and ensure timely updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil aviation.

• Higher education (technical or aviation-related field preferred).

• Internal Auditor Certificate (QMS or Aviation Auditor).

• Quality Management System (QMS) certification.
