🎯 Цель роли

Построить масштабируемую операционную платформу, которая выдерживает рост, M&A и экспансию без хаоса и ручного управления.

🧠 Зона ответственности

Операционная платформа

  • Стандартизация процессов (продажи, подключение, сервис, SLA)
  • KPI и управляемость команд
  • Снижение зависимости от ключевых людей
  • Повышение операционной маржи

Масштабирование

  • Подготовка бизнеса к росту x2–x3
  • Тиражирование модели на новые объекты / города
  • Операционная интеграция приобретённых компаний

Системы и автоматизация

  • CRM / биллинг / тикетинг / мониторинг
  • Автоматизация операционных процессов
  • Поддержка внедрения AI / IT-решений

  • EBITDA growth без пропорционального роста затрат

✅ Требования к кандидату

  • Опыт COO / Operations Manager в сервисном или IT-бизнесе
  • Опыт масштабирования (рост, интеграции, M&A — плюс)
  • Системное мышление
  • Понимание финансов и unit economics
  • Умение строить процессы, а не «тушить пожары»

  • COO без опыта роста
