As a Facilities Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and strategic development of key infrastructure systems including compressed air, HVAC, equipment maintenance, and power distribution. You will lead CAPEX projects to drive facility improvements and expansions, ensuring alignment with production needs and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Your leadership will directly impact uptime, efficiency, and sustainability across the facility.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred); MBA or Master’s in a related field is a plus
Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management or a similar industrial environment
Deep knowledge of industrial systems including compressed air, HVAC, and power distribution
Proven experience in equipment maintenance and reliability engineering
Strong track record managing large-scale CAPEX projects in manufacturing settings
Familiarity with locomotive production processes is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance in industrial settings
Fluent Kazakh, Russian and English language will be an advantage.
Legal authorization to work in Kazakhstan is required
What will your typical day look like?
Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management and infrastructure improvements
Oversee maintenance and optimization of compressed air systems
Manage HVAC systems to ensure optimal working conditions
Lead equipment maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency
Oversee power distribution and electrical systems for reliability and safety
Plan, budget, and execute CAPEX projects for facility upgrades and expansions
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Collaborate with production teams to align facility operations with manufacturing goals
Drive energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable practices
Lead and develop a team of facilities management professionals
