Your day to day:

- Performance analysis and development of the current platform with continuous improvement of the quality of the implementation of the commercial plan;
- Timely preparation of regular reports and monitoring of key business indicators;
- Ensuring quality control over the allocation of internal resources and the safety of the Company's assets;
- Negotiations with current/potential partners;
- Conclusion of cooperation agreements with potential partners;
- Creating a positive perception of the IQOS tobacco heating system and achieving business goals by providing high-quality services to adult tobacco consumers in recreation and leisure areas;
- Proposing change options and improving commercial initiatives to achieve maximum results;
- Regular training and team development;
- High-quality work with recruitment agencies;
- Control of the organization and holding of events in the assigned territory.

Who we are looking for:

- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing or project management;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of Power BI will be a plus);
- Negotiation and contract signing skills;
- Experience in managing a team and interacting with contractors/agencies;
- Knowledge of the principles of commercial planning, KPIs and performance evaluation;
- Willingness to travel and flexible work schedule (including weekends during events).
- Experience working with FMCG, HoReCa or in the field of event management;
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with activation platforms (LAMP, IQOS, etc.);
- Data analysis and reporting skills;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and make quick decisions;
- Leadership skills, result orientation and team development;
- Creativity in the development and implementation of commercial initiatives.
