Мы — международная компания, лидер в своей отрасли. Наша команда стремится к excellence, и мы ищем целеустремленного и организованного специалиста, чтобы усилить наш отдел продаж.

Основные задачи:

1. Договорная работа и документооборот:

  • Полное сопровождение контрактов и дополнительных соглашений (от подготовки до архивирования)

  • Взаимодействие с головным офисом по утверждению документов

  • Работа в SAP ECC: присвоение номеров, отслеживание статусов, напоминания аппруверам

  • Обмен оригиналами документов с клиентами через DHL/KSE

  • Поддержка процесса подписания экспортных, импортных и маркетинговых контрактов

  • Проверка отчетной документации после маркетинговых мероприятий

2. Управление базой данных и архивирование:

  • Ведение актуальной базы контрактов и сопутствующих документов

  • Сканирование и электронное архивирование в корпоративной системе

  • Ведение реестра производственных приказов

  • Оформление и согласование сервисных актов

  • Передача документов в бухгалтерию

3. Работа в SAP ECC и SAP Ariba:

  • Создание и отслеживание заявок на закупку (PR)

  • Создание заказов (PO) через корпоративный портал

  • Решение системных ошибок через IT-поддержку

4. Организация командировок и визовая поддержка:

  • Бронирование авиа- и ж/д билетов, отелей, трансферов

  • Визовая поддержка сотрудников и гостей компании

  • Оформление бизнес-приглашений и сопроводительных писем

5. Отчетность:

  • Формирование отчетов по командировочным и представительским расходам (Concur)

  • Отчеты по расходам на топливо и мойку

  • Ведение табеля учета рабочего времени sales-команды

6. Организационная поддержка:

  • Помощь в организации корпоративных мероприятий

  • Закупка подарков и сувенирной продукции для клиентов

  • Организация отправки образцов продукции

  • Отправка документов на перевод и нотариальное заверение

  • Взаимодействие с ресепшен и курьерскими службами

Требования:

  • Опыт работы на аналогичной должности

  • Знание SAP ECC/Ariba будет преимуществом

  • Внимательность к деталям и организованность

  • Ответственность и исполнительность

  • Готовность к многозадачности

  • Хорошие коммуникативные навыки
