*Food & Beverage Manager — DoubleTree by Hilton Shymkent*
*What will you be doing?*
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations including breakfast, restaurant, in-room dining, and other services.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise F&B team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor daily operations, ensure high service standards, and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, taking corrective action as needed.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Promote and implement all corporate F&B promotions and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with other departments for successful event planning and execution.
