Operational management of internal processes of the Division: plans the Division’s activities, including the allocation of responsibilities, setting
goals and tasks for employees of the Division, monitoring the quality and timeliness of
task completion, and ensuring compliance with labor discipline.
Organization and support of financial operations between the university
and students: performs strategic monitoring and analytical accounting of financial settlements
with students within the Division’s scope of authority.
Administration of the state educational order agreement: ensures cooperation with related structural divisions of the University for the
conclusion of the Agreement with the authorized state body for the provision of services
related to the training of specialists with higher and postgraduate education on an annual
basis;
Education requirements:
1) Higher professional education in economics, finance, management, or related fields, preferably obtained at higher education institutions where instruction is conducted in English;
2) a Master’s degree or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage;
3) professional certificates in the field of financial management (CIMA, ACCA, CFA, CIA) is an advantage.
Work experience requirements:
1) At least 7 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in people management in areas corresponding to the functional responsibilities of this position;
2) work experience in large organizations, preferably in educational, research, or international companies;
3) at least 3 years of experience leading a team of financial managers or accountants, including setting goals,
assigning tasks, and monitoring performance;
4) preferably, experience in interacting with state bodies in the relevant professional field

1) skills in preparing and delivering presentations and reports, as well as drafting analytical memos;
2) skills in analyzing financial data and reporting;
3) skills in conducting negotiations, managing teams, and delegating responsibilities;
