Описание

Обязанности:
  • Методологическая работа по разработки и обновлению глобальных политик и процедур по управлению рисками финансовых преступлений.
  • Координация внедрения контролей, требуемых глобальными политиками холдинга.
  • Взаимодействие с бизнес и комплаенс подразделениями холдинга по вопросам комплаенса и предоставление консультаций.
  • Подготовка на ответы ключевых третьих сторон и регуляторов.
  • Мониторинг изменений в законодательстве, относящихся к комплаенс рискам.
  • Участие в аудиторских проверках,
  • Проведение оценки комплаенс рисков
  • Участие в обучении сотрудниках и подготовки обучающих материалов
  • Представление комплаенс функции холдинга на профильных конференциях.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в области комплаенса в финансовых организациях от 5 лет.
  • Уверенные знания в области управления комплаенс рисками.
  • Опыт подготовки внутренних методологических документов.
  • Наличие опыта руководства подразделением будет преимуществом.
  • Опыт работы в международных финансовых организациях будет преимуществом.
  • Знание международных стандартов по управления нефинансовыми рисками, в том числе рисками финансовых преступлений.
  • Отличные аналитические и коммуникативные навыки.
  • Владение английским на уровне не ниже С1.
  • Наличие профессиональных сертификатов: CAMS, ICA и др. будет преимуществом.
  • Высшее образование: Юриспруденция, Экономика или финансы, управление рисками.
