We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical VIP Operations Support professional to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of VIP campaigns, operational processes, and performance reporting. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, organizational skills, and hands-on experience within iGaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Campaign Operations

• Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns.
• Ensure segmentation and targeting logic are accurate.
• Coordinate with teams to align VIP campaigns with overall retention strategies.
• Conduct QA testing on campaigns and promotions before launch to ensure flawless player delivery.

Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain and analyze daily and weekly VIP performance reports.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights within player data.
• Support KPI tracking across the team, portfolios, and campaigns using Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Assist with day-to-day processes operational reporting and recurring analytical tasks.

Operational Support

• Keep VIP documentation, playbooks, and process guides up to date.
• Support bonus allocations, reward setups and and other ongoing operations.
• Manage internal forms, data validation, and player tagging to ensure system accuracy.
• Liaise with internal teams to proactively resolve operational challenges.

Process Optimization

• Review and refine existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support testing and implementation of new tools or system features impacting VIP operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline CRM processes, automations, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino, Sportsbook, or CRM/Retention Operations).
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and dashboard reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Prior experience supporting VIP or CRM teams is highly desirable.
