Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
1–3 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, risk management or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of financial statements (IFRS), cash-flow analysis, and key credit metrics.
Experience in preparing credit proposals, risk assessments and borrower due diligence.
Knowledge of banking regulations of Kazakhstan (NBK, ARDFM) and corporate lending practices.
Ability to analyze industry risks, collateral structures, and repayment capacity.
Proficiency in financial modeling, ratio analysis and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with banking systems is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (Kazakh is a plus).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
