Key topics: risk management, ALM, large-scale transformations Clients: financial sector organizations in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan Participation in consulting projects (including in the role of stream leader) and support in new business development (including preparation of commercial proposals, promotion of EY expertise, development of tools and knowledge bases) Tasks include developing client solutions, conducting research, analytical work, creating models and tools, and preparing presentations The role involves leading individual streams, communicating with clients and other external parties, and coordinating the work of junior team members The position is an excellent opportunity to implement large-scale projects on the most relevant topics for leading financial institutions in the region and to develop consulting competencies, as well as expertise on a wide range of topics in the financial industryCandidate Requirements
Financial, business, economic, mathematical, or technical education 2–4 years of experience in consulting or financial sector organizations in functions such as risk management, strategy, ALM, research & analysis, finance, etc. Excellent knowledge of the banking industry Excellent knowledge of one or more of the following topics: risk management, bank strategy, bank transformations, ALM, finance, banking / financial markets Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word Excellent skills in researching, analyzing, and structuring information Advanced understanding of business and finance English language skills – at least Upper-Intermediate level Top performer with outstanding leadership skills and strive for excellence Readiness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment and to travel for business purposes High level of interest in the financial industry, desire to develop in this direction CFA, FRM, PRM certificates would be an advantage
